    Worst customer service ever! We bought 3 bag travelling set from this store and they told me there is 10 years warranty on the set. We traveled one time and two of the luggage had broken handels and wheels. We took it back to the store after three months from purchase date and they said call the manufacturer, we called the manufacturer and they said take it to the store where we purchased it from. We again went to the store and the guy said there is nothing he can do about it. I should have called the Better business bureau on these croocks. Don't waste your money here.

    I haven't been into this store yet I when in there today to find some suitcases for my trip to Florida in June they have so many backpacks for the kids and stuff this guy show me a suitcase that we'll be good but it too much I well find a different suitcase thanks for the help Nancy's travels I might come back to look at that suitcase again when I'm in mall again.
